Robotics

Please complete the application to apply to be a member of the Robotics Team. We are looking for team players who can commit to staying on Wednesday afternoons from 2:40pm to 4:40pm. No yellow school bus transportation is provided. Parents must pick up your child or give them permission to go home alone. OMNY Cards will be provided upon request.
As a member of LAMS Legends Robotic Club, I understand that I will be required to build a competitive robot. The team must complete several tasks to prepare to compete at First Lego League. I will be learning how to code the robot using Lego's programming app. I also understand that there are many students who want to join. If I am selected, I am committing to being part of this session through March 2025. I will also follow the NYC DOE Code of Conduct.
